Casualfood at Stuttgart Airport for the first time!
Casualfood brings successful brands to Stuttgart for the first time: contract awarded for five new spaces at the airport
Casualfood's expansion continues: from the end of this year, the transport catering experts will open a total of five different outlets at Stuttgart Airport: the Italian-American full-service restaurant Goodman & Filippo, the self-service concept Beans & Barley, the gate bar Deli Stuttgart and the snack concept Natural are successful own brands, while Casualfood has brought Costa Coffee on board as an international partner for a coffee shop concept.
"It speaks for the quality of our concepts and our well-known high operational operator quality that we have been awarded the contract for five areas by Stuttgart Airport," explains Casualfood Co-Managing Director Michael Schorm. "We already serve passengers in Frankfurt, Berlin and Düsseldorf with our food and beverage outlets, but have not yet been represented in Stuttgart."

Carsten Poralla, Managing Director of Flughafen Stuttgart GmbH, adds: "We are delighted to have gained a renowned and strong partner in Casualfood. The company is firmly established in the industry and has impressed us with its high-quality concepts for the various areas. Our passengers can look forward to a varied selection that is both innovative and regional."
Casualfood Co-Managing Director Andreas Förster emphasizes: "Our
growth strategy in Stuttgart: We score points with our successful
own brands such as Goodman & Filippo, but also bring global partners such as Costa Coffee on board when necessary."

Goodman & Filippo - Full service with Italian-American specialties
The fast-casual concept Goodman & Filippo already has a large fan base at three other airports. No wonder, as the menu includes popular classics and trends from the cuisines of Italy and the USA, from popular pasta classics to steaks and burgers. At the new outlet in Stuttgart - a full-service restaurant with 70 seats and a self-service counter - the own brand will remain true to its successful roots, but is currently undergoing an overhaul under the motto "Proven things stay, good things get even better". For example, the range will be expanded to include regularly changing pasta dishes and seasonal themes, and the distinction between the restaurant and take-away areas will be made even clearer in future. In addition, a bar concept in the G&F design will be implemented for the first time.
Beans&Barley - more than just Beer & Coffee
Beans&Barley, a take-away and self-service offer with around 100
seats, is the answer for anyone looking for more: more
taste and enjoyment, more ambience and originality. The style: handcrafted.
As the name of the concept promises, the focus of the
drinks range is on exceptionally good coffee specialties, hot or cold brewed, also with the usual milk alternatives, as well as a large selection of different types of beer, from local to international, on tap and from the bottle. A matching range has been developed to ensure a powerful taste experience from breakfast until late at night.

Deli Stuttgart - culinary inspiration from New York
The Deli Stuttgart at Terminal 3 is a classic gate bar, ideal for anyone looking for fresh, healthy and tasty food just before departure. In a small space, you will find an extensive grab-and-go offer that includes freshly prepared snacks, smoothies and wraps, including vegan and vegetarian alternatives, as well as a wide range of drinks. Wherever possible, the ingredients are sourced locally. Attractive sustainable packaging solutions ensure that guests can easily take their food with them on the plane.
Natural - 100% Fresh & Tasty
The innovative Natural snack concept at Terminal 3 promises passengers
natural soul food to take away: The range mainly comprises sustainably packaged seasonal wraps, bowls, fruit and vegetable snacks, nut mixes, protein-rich bars, wholegrain products, smoothies and drinks. In the interests of a healthy diet, the selection of products for vegetarians and vegans is slightly larger than in the other casual food concepts, but still varied enough for everyone to get their money's worth.

Costa Coffee - an oasis not only for coffee drinkers
To make coffee lovers really happy, Casualfood has brought a strong partner onto the team: A Costa coffee outlet is being created in the public arrivals area - the first at a German airport. It appeals not only to arriving passengers, people picking up passengers or airport visitors, but also to STR employees. The new coffee shop with 70 seats, which Casualfood operates as a franchise of the globally active coffee roasting company from London, stands for quality, craftsmanship and an unmistakable taste experience. In addition to perfectly brewed hot and cold coffee specialties, hearty sandwiches as well as freshly baked
croissants, muffins and cakes are served - both to eat on site and to take away in sustainable packaging.
