Foreword With our fourth sustainability report, we are sending out another signal of our continuous change and our commitment to a sustainable future. In 2024, we continued to take on new challenges, optimize processes and develop innovative solutions to further improve our environmental and social footprint. Our sustainability team receives strong support from all departments, enabling us to implement our measures in an even more targeted manner. Sustainability is now an integral part of all our concept developments - from product selection and the design of our outlets to the entire value chain. In addition, our internal sustainability jour fixe ensures a regular exchange between the divisions. Our sustainability strategy continues to be based on three strong pillars: PEOPLE - We create attractive jobs, focus on diversity and equal opportunities and attach great importance to occupational health and safety. PLANET - We reduce food waste, focus increasingly on sustainable packaging and actively contribute to climate protection. PRODUCTS - We consciously select our products, promote sustainable supply chains and stand for responsible marketing. Sustainability is more than just a buzzword - it is deeply rooted in our corporate culture. Whether with our sustainability brand POP - Protect Our Planet, smart tools such as Flowtify or the reduction of packaging waste: we take concrete measures, day after day. And we're not alone: our ambassador, the hard-working Casualbee, has been with us since 2021 - and now she's been joined! She is now joined by EcoHammy, an environmentally conscious field hamster who shows us with charm and humor how each and every one of us can make a practical contribution to sustainability. Casualbee's Buzz EcoHammy - Save the hamster! The field hamster is classified as critically endangered in the Red List for Germany and is under strict protection. The intensification of agriculture, the loss of habitats and the use of pesticides have led to a drastic decline in its population. With EcoHammy, we want to draw attention to this threat and make our contribution to protecting this endangered species. Together, we are ensuring that the little rodent can continue to scurry through the fields! Casualfood Our code of conduct QUALITY CLAIM We develop and operate innovative food concepts for the transportation catering industry. The quality and safety standards we apply to our products and services are uncompromising and meet the high quality requirements of our customers and consumers alike. To ensure this, we implement a systematic quality management system that generally exceeds legal requirements. We have clearly defined processes for quality assurance. Regular internal and external audits ensure compliance. HUMAN RIGHTS We recognize the principles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the core labour standards of the International Labour Organization (ILO) and strive to base our actions on the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and to fully comply with them. Respect for the human rights of our employees, suppliers and indirectly affected stakeholders is an integral part of our corporate culture. We reject all forms of human rights violations, in particular child, forced and compulsory labor. We are committed to protecting and ensuring the human rights of our employees at all times. All our employees have a responsibility to respect the rights of their fellow human beings and to oppose human rights violations through their actions. ENVIRONMENT The respectful use of resources and the environment is a declared corporate goal of ORIOR. In accordance with our sustainability strategy, we focus on the areas of action that are most important to us: "Food waste and packaging", "Climate and energy" and "Water". We can, want to and must make a positive contribution within these areas of action. We set ourselves clear targets, regularly review their achievement, derive appropriate measures and measure ourselves against our progress. 10

Sustainability Our understanding of sustainability. At Casualfood, we see sustainability as a comprehensive principle that permeates all areas of our company. We are convinced that real change can only be achieved if all areas of the company work together. Our sustainability strategy is therefore based on three equally important pillars - they form the foundation of our actions. We care for PEOPLE, PLANET and PRODUCTS! Sustainability Sustainability SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS CASUALFOOD AND THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS Since 2015, the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development has been an international framework that combines the issues of sustainability and poverty reduction. In it, 193 UN member states have committed to achieving 17 global development goals - the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) - by 2030. Achieving the SDGs also requires a strong commitment on the part of companies. Casualfood acknowledges the importance of this framework and is committed to making its contribution to achieving the SDGs. OUR SUSTAINABILITY TEAM Together we can achieve a lot. That's why Casualfood has its own sustainability team with experts from management, quality management, project management, corporate development, HR and operations who are dedicated to the topic of sustainability. Our employees play a central role on our path to greater sustainability. They contribute their ideas and commitment in order to achieve our goals. There are dedicated contact persons from each department who support us in our meetings and ensure that sustainable practices are integrated into all areas of our company. Casualfood is closely integrated into a network of customers, suppliers and employees. They have varying degrees of influence on the company's work or, conversely, are influenced by Casualfood. When selecting sustainability topics, it is therefore also relevant to know what the expectations of our stakeholders are. Proper stakeholder mapping is essential for this process. WHAT DO WE WANT TO ACHIEVE? The materiality matrix forms the basis for our sustainability strategy. It summarizes the key sustainability issues for us and our stakeholders. Casualfood's matrix shows that there are 12 main aspects that we need to address. This requires that EVERYONE feels comfortable. To achieve this, a number of decisive factors must be right, such as Casualfood being a fair and attractive employer, diversity and equal opportunities being a top priority and occupational health and safety being a matter of course and practiced. Every job with us should be attractive, fairly paid and safe. With a working atmosphere in which everyone feels seen and valued - at all levels, from management to employees, in service and sales. Because we want needs to be recognized and skills to be promoted. Last but not least, we see the diversity of the people who make up the beehive in our company as a great gift of variety and skills. Here at Casualfood, we are constantly working to ensure that all these factors are guaranteed. After all, social interaction with satisfied, motivated and healthy employees is crucial to Casualfood's success. Casualbee's Buzz Our new digital communication tool - Beekeeper Since mid-2024, we have introduced a completely digital tool for internal communication called Beekeeper. Here, all employees have the opportunity to receive news and information, go through the onboarding process and complete all important queries and tasks. to ensure that everyone is always up to date. It's another step towards improving our collaboration and communication with each other and strengthening our community. Of course, this also pleases our casualbees, as we now use much less paper and reach all casualfoodies in real time and even automatically translated into over 200 languages.

WHAT WE DO FOR OUR TRAINEES AND HOW WE SUPPORT THEM WEEKLY LEARNING TIME We arrange weekly jour fixes with each trainee, during which they have two hours to write their report booklets or study for school and exams. We also provide laptops for this purpose. AZUBIDAYS Once a year, we organize the Azubidays, a joint seminar where trainees from different locations exchange ideas and work together on projects on the topics of diversity and sustainability. DIGITAL REPORT BOOKS Our report books are kept online via AzubiWeb. This means that trainees can manage their reports from anywhere and don't have to carry folders or papers with them - in line with the topic of sustainability. EXAM PREPARATION We provide learning materials for the exams and also carry out exam simulations on request. ONBOARDING We offer a special onboarding program for our trainees to get them started. FIXED CONTACTS Permanent contacts are available to trainees at all times. JOBTICKET Our trainees receive a job ticket, which offers them advantages over a student ticket. REGULAR EXCHANGES CAREER OPPORTUNITIES We maintain a regular exchange with vocational school teachers and the Chamber of Industry and Commerce. 20 After their training, our trainees can be taken on directly as shift supervisors or team leaders. OUR PATH & GOAL Dealing openly with diversity is central to us. It is not for nothing that we are signatories to the Diversity Charter and communicate this to the outside world. We therefore do not tolerate any form of discrimination, bullying or harassment in the workplace. We create the conditions for our employees to recognize, share and live these values. Since mid-2024, we have had a diversity manager in the company who deals specifically with these issues. There is an annual diversity calendar and special campaigns on Diversity Day to promote awareness and appreciation of diversity. Our flexible working hours and locations also ensure a good working atmosphere, giving all applicants the opportunity to balance work and family, private life or further training. With the introduction of Beekeeper, we can also communicate with employees in their own languages, as the app translates directly into the language set on their cell phone or PC. FUTURE GOALS Our managers are role models! They are clearly committed to diversity management, practise it and explain the benefits of diversity. These points of view are used both for internal communication and in public relations work. PEOPLE | Occupational health and safety Why safety is always our priority. OUR UNDERSTANDING The working environment at airports and train stations poses a particular challenge for our staff in many respects. The background noise level is high, the work, including shift work, is often stressful and exhausting, and the temperatures in the outlets can only be regulated to a limited extent. We are aware of this and take the issue of occupational health and safety very seriously. That is why we do everything we can to make work as pleasant and safe as possible for our employees and to promote and strengthen their health. OUR GOAL In 2024, our sickness rate fell to 8.5% - a pleasing decrease compared to 9.2% in the previous year. This shows that our measures to promote employee health are taking effect. To continue this positive trend, we are continuing to focus on improving working conditions. These include: > Regular health and safety training to increase safety awareness > Workplace rotation to reduce one-sided stress > In-depth employee appraisals to identify individual challenges at an early stage Our goal remains clear: a healthy working environment that promotes well-being, prevents the risk of illness and protects the health of our employees in the long term. 24 Bee safe!
OUR WAY Safety officers are deployed at all Casualfood locations. Their task is to design the workplaces in such a way that our employees can carry out their work in a safe and good environment at all locations. They are also available to answer questions from all employees. Occupational safety standards are continuously reviewed and adjusted in regular meetings with the external occupational safety service. In addition, our employees receive ongoing training on occupational health and safety, both as part of onboarding and in power briefings. FUTURE GOALS We constantly and continuously ensure a safe, attractive and healthy working environment for our employees. Casualbee's BUZZ We are top! We have always passed the annual occupational safety inspections with flying colors for over 10 years, as evidenced not only by the certificates, but also by our wonderful and reliable safety officers.
PLANET Combating climate change Less food waste Sustainable packaging As a company, Casualfood wants to take responsibility for our planet. With holistic strategies on the topics of combating climate change, food waste and sustainable packaging, together with the commitment of all our employees and suppliers, we can make a difference and bring about positive change. As one of the top players in transport catering, we want to prove that it is also possible to be sustainable in our industry. We are reducing our ecological footprint wherever possible - and have already made tangible progress: in energy consumption, in avoiding food waste and through the targeted use of sustainable packaging. We will continue to examine all options in the future to exploit further savings potential and continuously improve our environmental footprint. On the following pages, we delve deeper into the second pillar of our sustainability strategy, "Planet". Casualbee's Buzz Casualfood and the 17 goals for a better world! To spread the commitment to achieving the SDGs throughout the company, Casualfood writes a monthly column on Beekeeper about a specific SDG. PLANET | Combating climate change Why Casualfood is committed to a good climate. OUR UNDERSTANDING Climate change is one of the greatest challenges of our time. Rising temperatures, increasingly frequent extreme weather events and the resulting additional loss of biodiversity are just some of the tangible consequences. As a transport catering company, we take responsibility - and are actively committed to reducing our ecological footprint and making a positive contribution to climate protection. OUR GOAL By 2030, our electricity should come from 100% renewable energy sources. CO2 footprint Casualfood OUR WAY 2 O C n e n n o T 17,000 16,500 16,333.6 16,000 15,500 15,000 15,613.3 2023 2024 In addition to the absolute CO2 reduction, our relative CO2 footprint - measured in tons of CO2 per € 100,000 turnover - has also fallen slightly: from 108.5 to 107.9. This corresponds to a decrease of 0.6%. In 2024, we switched to renewable electricity at almost all of our locations, making a significant contribution to reducing our carbon footprint. We are aware that we can only succeed in reducing our CO2 emissions if we make as many adjustments as possible. We take a holistic approach - from our own emissions to those that are indirectly generated in the upstream and downstream stages of the value chain. We are continuously working on making our processes more sustainable and further reducing our emissions. One important lever: our electricity supply. We have been using 100% green electricity at all our airport locations since 2024. At the train stations, over 50% of the electricity already comes from renewable sources. The remaining share is made up of fossil fuels and a very small proportion of nuclear energy. 28 Bee climate friendly!
FUTURE GOALS We are reviewing Scope 3 emissions and will optimize our collaboration with suppliers with regard to their energy efficiency and the promotion of recycling/reuse. We will also continue to focus on improving the service life and energy efficiency of our hardware. OUR CLIMATE BALANCE For the fourth time, we have determined our ecological footprint in collaboration with our external climate partner. This year, in addition to Scope 1 (all directly generated emissions) and Scope 2 (all indirect emissions from purchased energy), we also assessed Scope 3 (upstream and downstream indirect emissions) for the second time. All emissions (in CO2 equivalents) that are relevant for Casualfood were determined, e.g. those from our electricity consumption, heating energy and refrigerant losses. The fuel consumption of our company vehicles was also included in the calculation, as well as all other indirect emissions such as business travel and stored materials. OUR CARBON FOOTPRINT (GREENHOUSE GAS EMISSIONS) Divided into the 3 scopes according to the Greenhouse Gas Protocol Scope 1: 2% Scope 2: 4% Scope 3: 94% Direct emissions Indirect emissions (generation of electricity, steam, heating and cooling) Indirect emissions that occur in the upstream and downstream value chain Total emissions: 15,613.3 t CO2 Casualbee's BUZZ In 2024, we drew up a master plan for our coffee machines! A cleaning plan with detailed information on cleaning agents was published on Beekeeper. Together with our manufacturer's support team, we checked and readjusted all machines and replaced the water filter system. Our goal: to find the perfect balance between coffee beans and water - for the best coffee and sustainable use!
The breakdown of greenhouse gas emissions into the various scopes provides several important indications: 1. HIGH SHARE OF SCOPE 3 EMISSIONS: 94% of emissions come from Scope 3, which shows that most emissions are generated in Casualfood's upstream and downstream value chain. This can be caused by activities such as the procurement of raw materials, production at suppliers, the use and disposal of products by customers as well as transportation and logistics processes. The high Scope 3 emissions are typical for a company in the food industry, as relevant emissions are generated in agriculture, for example. This underlines the importance of working with our supply chain partners to reduce emissions and make the entire food system more sustainable. 2. REDUCED SHARE OF SCOPE 1 AND SCOPE 2 EMISSIONS: We are working hard to measure and continuously improve our CO2 emissions. In the last two years, for example, we have put all relevant consumption players to the test and derived appropriate measures from this. When purchasing equipment, we consider its energy efficiency. We are also continuously reducing our waste volumes, which also has an indirect effect on our CO2 emissions. The heating systems at almost all locations are operated with district heating. Berlin Brandenburg Airport even uses a combined heat and power plant. In the area of transportation, we are increasingly relying on electrically powered vehicles. More than half of our fleet already consists of hybrid vehicles. 3. INDIRECT CONTROL OF EMISSIONS: Casualfood bears the greatest responsibility for Scope 1 emissions, as these are all emissions that occur in our part of the value chain. Casualfood can only have an indirect impact on the upstream and downstream Scope 3 emissions. We focus primarily on making the supply chain more sustainable, e.g. by selecting more environmentally friendly suppliers or through initiatives to reduce customers' energy consumption. 30

PLANET | Less Food Waste How Casualfood actively combats food waste. OUR UNDERSTANDING Large quantities of edible or otherwise usable food are unnecessarily disposed of around the world. Each individual product involves a lot of working time, resources, sometimes long transportation routes and money. According to the World Health Organization, one third of all food produced each year meets this fate - an alarming figure in times of growing food shortages. The resources wasted in this way also put unnecessary pressure on our ecosystems and the climate. Food losses also have a negative impact on business cost efficiency. As a transport catering company, Casualfood contributes to the generation of food waste. We are aware of this and are working to continuously reduce our food waste. We have made the question of how we can reduce food waste an important task. Our primary goal is to coordinate demand and production even better, because planning reliability also directly reduces food waste. OUR GOAL By 2030, we want to reduce our food waste percentage by 50% compared to 2021. To achieve this, we rely on innovative technologies and data-based analyses to predict demand more precisely and align our production accordingly. Together with our suppliers, we are developing solutions along the entire value chain and establishing best practices in our outlets to systematically avoid food waste. At the same time, we are raising our employees' awareness of responsible food handling - through targeted training and clear processes. 32 Bee mindful!
OUR WAY For us, food waste is an area where we can still improve a lot with our actions. Not only in our own operations, but also in the upstream and downstream value chain. Since 2023, all locations have been connected to a cooperation with Foodsharing. In this way, we ensure that all food that can no longer be sold for various reasons but is still edible is passed on instead of being disposed of. This year, our food waste is being tracked for the first time in selected points of sale and measured in euros. The initial results are promising and show that we are on the right track. These targets are now firmly anchored in the target agreements of our operational management. FUTURE GOALS By optimizing processes and working dynamically, we want to avoid ordering surplus goods in the future. This will ensure that we only produce as much as we need. An important step towards significantly reducing our food waste/returns. PLANET | Sustainable packaging Why Casualfood is proud of its packaging strategy. OUR UNDERSTANDING The topic of packaging and its reduction/environmental compatibility has become increasingly important in recent years, both for our customers and for us in the company. Reducing packaging or making it more sustainable is a complex task in the food sector. On the one hand, we want to keep the amount of packaging as low as possible in order to conserve natural resources and produce less waste. On the other hand, packaging is needed to ensure the food safety of our take-away products. Casualfood wants to offer its customers sustainably packaged products. To achieve this, we start in different places: Material savings through lighter or less packaging ("reduce"), use of recycled and/or recyclable materials ("recycle") or renewable alternatives to plastic ("replace"). We are constantly working on testing or implementing new, more sustainable options. OUR GOAL Our sustainability brand POP - Protect Our Planet is fully implemented in our packaging concept. It stands for conscious, future-oriented action - with our own design and biodegradable cups as well as other environmentally friendly packaging in the POP look. In 2024, our focus was on expanding our reusable range - with the first visible successes: More and more guests are turning to reusable alternatives. This development motivates us to further expand the range and anchor it even more consistently in our locations. OUR WAY For Casualfood, it is a logical step to strive for standardization of packaging across all concepts. This allows processes to be streamlined and synergy effects to be achieved in purchasing. Overall, we want to exert influence through sustainable corporate management wherever it has a direct impact on our energy balance. FUTURE GOALS In line with the "reduce, replace and recycle" concept, we will continue to review our packaging standards in future and aim to increase the proportion of recycled plastic, reusable packaging and packaging made from renewable, certified or recycled materials. When selecting our suppliers, we will focus in particular on their sustainability. Casualbee's Buzz Since February 2024, employees at Frankfurt Airport have only received reduced prices for coffee specialties when using a reusable cup. This measure has brought about a significant change in consumer behavior throughout the airport: around 500,000 disposable cups have been saved since its introduction - a strong sign of sustainability in everyday life. A significant increase in the use of reusable cups is also noticeable in our own operations at the airport. Valid company-specific figures will not be available until the end of the year, but the development so far shows that the lever is working.

FUTURE GOALS We are continuously optimizing our range and pay particular attention to balance. We check our recipes with regard to their sugar, salt and fat/oil content. We continue to expand the proportion of our vegan and vegetarian range. We always keep an eye on food trends and will develop further innovative concepts in this area.
PRODUCTS | Sustainable products and supply chains Why Casualfood acts fairly and responsibly. OUR UNDERSTANDING We consciously accept our responsibility when selecting products and suppliers. By setting sustainable standards, we want to make a positive contribution - and act as a multiplier for greater sustainability. This understanding not only shapes our product range, but is also reflected step by step in all areas of our company. OUR GOAL In 2023, the share of sales accounted for by our sustainably certified products (e.g. organic, Fairtrade) was 11.6%. This share remained at a similar level in 2024. The target remains the same: we want to increase this share by 30% by the end of 2025 and double it by 2027. OUR PATH In 2024, we will continue to consistently pursue our path: we will continuously review our product segments and increasingly integrate seasonal, regional and Fairtrade products. Our products should come from high-quality ingredients from regional suppliers wherever possible. In line with our packaging strategy POP - Protect Our Planet, we are also constantly working to reduce waste and increase reusable packaging. We are also consistently pursuing a sustainable approach to clothing and cleaning: our workwear bears at least one recognized seal - such as "STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX", WRAP or Cotton made in Africa. We have also switched the majority of our cleaning agents to sustainable alternatives. OUR UNDERSTANDING Our commitment to sustainability is directly visible to our customers: through our own sustainability brand POP - Protect Our Planet, which runs like a green thread through Casualfood's public image. Our stance is underpinned by our website, where we take a stand on all sustainability issues relevant to us, and by our annual sustainability report. Our claim should also be reflected in product recommendations and other marketing measures. OUR GOAL We reduce print media wherever it makes sense and is possible, and increasingly rely on digital solutions such as digital signage at the point of sale. This enabled us to reduce our fresh fiber consumption by 10.2% in 2024. We have also made our sustainability report available exclusively in digital form since 2022 - another step towards resource-saving communication. Casualbee's Buzz In 2024, we connected two more Goodman & Filippo stores to Greentable e.V.. Now all Goodmans are members of Greentable - another step towards sustainability! Greentable is an initiative for sustainability in the food service industry that promotes regional, seasonal cuisine, climate protection and social commitment. OUR WAY We are constantly working to make our packaging even more sustainable. Wherever possible, we are increasingly using digital and therefore resource-saving communication tools. For example, over 80% of our stores and restaurants are equipped exclusively with digital display systems at the POS. All newly built outlets will be equipped with them and our new generation of snack mobiles will also use digital signage. Our marketing measures are geared towards sustainability. For example, we draw attention to our shared responsibility for our planet in our social media communication. Casualbee's Buzz Another great project is our transfer bags, which are designed to further reduce the use of paper carrier bags. All locations are now equipped with the practical jute bags and we are even receiving requests for private use. There was a video on Beekeeper that once again underlined the importance of this project. FUTURE GOALS Our commitment to sustainability should be recognizable in all marketing measures.
